The Ann House - an Extended Stay Home
The Ann House provides a home that you can settle into, one week at a time. Completely furnished with linens, plates & dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, blender, crock pot, bread machine, and coffee maker. Also provided are phones, alarm clocks, electric blanket, hair dryer, TV, VCR, CD player, Washer, Dryer, auto garage opener and a Piano. We have all that you need to be right at home.
Located just blocks from HWY 528 and Southern, The Ann House is snuggled into a quiet neighborhood and yet right at the center of everything in Rio Rancho. Intel, shopping, post office, library, city hall, restaurants, a microbrewery, and fast food stops are all within an easy walk. Hiking, biking trails, cinemas, fitness centers, museums, and casinos are all close. We are situated just blocks from Corrales and with easy access out of Rio Rancho, Santa Fe is about an hour away.
Maid service, massage therapist (in-home), piano lessons, and personal chef services can be provided at an additional cost. This is an affordable alternative to spending weeks in a hotel. The Ann House is smoke free and pet friendly.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The living room and TV den each have a queen sleeper sofa making the house sleep a maximum of six. The luxury bathroom has a sauna/steamer and the rose covered deck in the back yard is ready for star gazing. There is a single car garage with automatic opener and plenty of room inside the half acre yard to park an RV off street.
